Can't find items in application which are present in snippet

Hi there, this may sound weird, but I have logins in my Safari snippet which I can't find in the application. It looks like the snippet and the app are using two different databases. Can anybody help me with understanding what's going on here?

    Sorry for the delayed reply.



    This is addressed in our Safari troubleshooting guide: [url="http://help.agilebits.com/1Password3/troubleshooting_safari_5.1.html#extension_data_does_not_match_the_main_application"]Extension Data Does Not Match the Main Application[/url]



    Please be aware that this will wipe out the Safari database, so please make sure to copy down any details that are not in the main 1Password app before doing so. Sorry for the trouble.
