New Purchase won't let me get pass new user set up

Help required.



I purchased 1Password yesterday from the Mac App Store, this is the first time I have purchased and downloaded.



I clicked to set up a new user account (Master Password) however I can not submit and start my account. I've made a master password that matches in the confirm box, I entered a hint and hit continue with nothing happening.



I've since tried many times but can not get past this screen, I've even restarted my Mac just in case and tried again to no avail.



Please help or provided assistance, failing that where / how can I get a refund.

  • I have exactly the same problem; however, I downloaded, was able to use it briefly but then it stopped working as you have explained.
