Cannot start application [Answered]

I purchased 1password from the app store.

After entering the master password and the password hint, I push on continue and nothing happens. I don't even get an error.

Please advise!

  • Thats the same problem i have. But there is no answer coming from here. The support is very bad, but you have to pay a lot for the software! Thanks!

  • I'm having a similar issue and I followed the instructions in the attached forum. I've been using 1PW for a long time- I deleted the old app, purchased and installed the new one from the App Store, and when starting the new one, it asks for the location of my 1PW keychain. I navigate to the keychain in my Dropbox, select it, and nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated.
