Changes Not reflected in Safari or Firefox Extension Applet

Changes to password or username, that I make in the 1Password application are not being reflected in the extensions applet of Safari and/or Firefox. For instance, if I change my username of a login, in 1Password and then use that same login with the browser extension applet, it uses the old username or password and the login fails.

How do I get the extension to sync with the 1Password app?

    Please try uninstalling the Firefox extension. Once uninstalled, quit Firefox. Open Finder and select Go > Go to Folder. Paste in this path:



    ~/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles



    Then hit go.



    If there is a OnePassword.sqlite file in there, delete it.



    Now restart Firefox and reinstall the 1Password extension.



    That should get things going.
