can i use 1password to manage multiple databases?

I manage the passwords at work for it dep't. I want to manage my own passwords under a separate database with different master password. I want to be able to sync both databases to my ipad, my windows, and my mac computer. is this possible? tips on how? I have searched through the software and don't see the feature to switch databases or add a separate database.

    It is not currently possible to use multiple databases as you have described. It is something we are looking into for the future.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
