10.7.1 Lion: 1Password window shows in only 1 Desktop even when assigned to All Desktops

Mac OS 10.7.1; 1Password 3.9.0 (39001), Mac App Store version

I assign 1Password to "Assign To: All Desktops" using 1P's Dock icon. Nevertheless, it is often (always?) the case that the 1P window is not open in the current Desktop even though it is open in another Desktop.

Further, when I switch to 1P using ⌘-tab, I am teleported to a different Desktop in which 1P does have an open window—even though I have UN-selected "When switching to an application, switch to a space with open windows for the applications" in the Mission Control preference pane.

I suspect that these are actually Apple bugs with Mission Control rather than an Agile bug for 1P, because (a) other apps show similar problems and (b) I've heard from other developers that an app doesn't control this behavior anyway.

Nevertheless, I wanted to post this report to bring it to people's attention.

Thanks for bringing this up. I just did some testing on this and it definitely did not respond in the manner which I expected. As you mentioned, this may be Apple's bug, but in either case it should be fixed. Thanks for the report. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

FYI, this is still failing in the most recent version from the Mac App Store. It works correctly in the 3.8.x version. This is annoying enough that I have reverted to the older version.

Welcome to the forums, DandelionRex. Thanks for the nudge on this. Offhand I don't know if we were ever able to determine the cause of the problem, but I will mention this to the developers again.
