Master Password not accepted in browser extension [Solution: Reinstall extension]

1password version 3.8.5

safari version 5.1

mac os lion 10.7.1



i changed the master password in the 1password application.



however, when i click the 1P button in safari and it prompts me for the master

password it only accepts the old master password.

    i found the answer. uninstall and reinstall the browser extension.

    I apologize for the wait, but I am glad you got it working. Since the browsers are all using sandboxing now, the extension has to keep its own database. After changing the Master Password in the main 1Password application it is necessary in some cases to reinstall the extension to 'sync' them. I am sorry for the inconvenience. We are looking for a solid workaround, but for now this will get you up and running.
