I can't start 1Password [Answered]

1. I can't go to step 4 on the web manual shows below, after filling 3 text box correctly on the Step 3.





2. On the other side , in case I choose "Find existing" on the step 2, and read existing file that I used in the Demo version . The master password rejected and I can't unlock it anymore.

I'm sorry to hear you've run up against this bug. Please check out this help guide:

This is a bug on Apple's part and we have submitted it to them for a fix. Hopefully they will get it fixed up soon, but in the mean time there is a workaround described in the above guide.
