Chrome extension not installed

I have been running 1Password for a few months on IE 9 and Firefox 4, 5 and 6. I recently installed Chrome and the 1Password extension is not installed so i have no button. I just reinstalled 1Password 1.0.8.216 over the top of existing install hoping that would do it, but no luck. I am running Windows 7 x86, and Chrome 13.0.782.220.

    Please make sure the extension for Chrome is enabled on the Browsers tab of 1Password preferences:
