Upgrading from Knox 1.6
Have a fully licensed copy of Knox 1.6 (989).
Automatically check for updates under preferences is "checked".
However. Knox never told me that updates were available.
Click on the "Check for Updates" button and tells me nothing (just updates the "Last Checked" date).
Thinking of upgrading to Lion.
Noticed there is a new version of Knox.
Downloaded the new version and tried to enter my license key.
Told me my key was not valid.
What is my next step?

Sorry for the trouble here. All Knox 1 license holders should have been sent a Knox 2 license approximately a year ago. I tried to look up your account in our system, but was not able to find it based on the email address you used to sign up for the forums. Could you send me a private message with your full name and the email address you would have used when you purchased Knox? Perhaps give me a couple different ones to try.
