No Sych on Sidebar

I have a new iMac with Lion. I installed 1Password (3.90) from the app store on this computer. I would like to sych it using wifi with the 1Password on my iPad where I have all my data stored, however there is no "Sych" option anywhere on my UI on the 1Password on the iMac? What am I missing?

    Have you tried using Dropbox to sync your 1Password data? This is the recommended way to sync. It is secure, automatic, and happens in the cloud so your devices no longer need to be on the same wifi network in order to sync!
