    Hi Marshall,



    We are working to clear a large backlog of messages in the support@agilebits.com inbox. We are getting to them as quickly as we can. For now, the forums are typically the quickest way to get ahold of us.



    We are a very small non-centralized team and as such we don't have "operators standing by" for phone calls.
