Difficult Forum Access
So if you access the forum via the main site for 1Password you get to a screen with email address and password blanks. Couldn't log in there. Could not recover lost password, said email address unknown. OK, create new account. Whoops, that email address already in use. What?
Not sure what I did then, but have an email that takes me to a different login window, where the username is not an email address.
Seems like this company does not want you calling them on the phone, and wants to make it hard to access support through a forum (can't post unless logged in)? Not very friendly.
