Safari Agent Not Connected Problems

Hi there. Getting agent not connected message on wife's iMac and can't troubleshoot the problem. Have followed all of the steps below, with following issues:



1. Quit and Discard Windows is not applicable, still running Snow Leopard.

2. 1Password will not create a Diagnostics Report. On my computer this takes a few seconds, and then saves OK. On her computer it is ready to save instantly, so I guess nothing is getting created, and it does not save.

3. The screen below can't be saved from Safari, that is why I am sending a screen shot. Tried saving source, that leaves a bunch of stuff out.



Obviously all software is up to date, and machine is a pretty new iMac (attaching system profile, FYI).

    Only possible to attach one file per post, so have to reply to my message to attach a second file.



    Whoops, OK, I guess that isn't even an option. I will have to create another thread ...

    Apparently this is the only way to attach a second file. Who is in charge of support at this place????

    I've replied to your questions via email, but for anyone else who may be having the same problem...







    It sounds like your 1Password installation is damaged, which is keeping it from starting. To resolve this:



    1. Download 1Password from our web site:

    http://agilebits.com/downloads

    Click on the "Download Now" button under "1Password 3"

    2. Quit your web browser and 1Password, if it's running

    3. Drag the newly downloaded version of 1Password to the same location as any previous one -- replacing it

    4. Run 1Password at least once and then your web browser



    Your information is stored in a data file separate from the application, so it will not be harmed by this procedure.



    In addition, please follow these instructions once the above is complete:
