I noticed that the support link from the 1P site no longer takes you to these forums?



Are you supporting both for the time being or should I recreate my two current threads over there?

    We are now directing new customers here. We've learned over the past months that the forums are not an excellent avenue for support for new users. We plan to keep these forums around for the community aspect, but will begin directing support (at least for those not already familiar with these forums) to other venues.

    In case it wasn't clear from Stu's post, please don't duplicate content in multiple support venues. We're all part of the same team sharing information.
