keyboard shortcut not working

in 1Password 3 for Mac
I have 1PW from App store installed on Mac running Lion. I am using Chrome (14.0.835.186) with the 1PW extension Version: 3.8.6.310

In the version before this, I could select command \ and 1PW would fill the login form. Now it does nothing. It is set as a keyboard shortcut under preferences\ extensions. suggestions? Thanks

    Can you please make sure the 1Password Helper is running? If it is, you will have this icon in your menu bar:
