    Hi Tilo,

I can't seem to reproduce this issue. Can you fill the login by selecting it from the 1P menu in the toolbar? Please let us know if there is anything else that could help us diagnose the issue.

    Thanks!

Oh ok so let me explain in more details with pictures.

    Situation:

Active Tab is my Gmail Tab where i'm working in.

In 1P i have defined a shortcut (see in pic 1) so open the prompt at pic 2.

This is not possible for me with my shortcut.

    Hope this helps.

Thank you, Tilo. I was able to reproduce this problem easily. I'll report it to our developers, but I'm not sure that we can do anything about it. It is generally recommended that keyboard shortcuts begin with cmd or cmd-opt, rather than just shift. For now, I would recommend using that rule to re-configure your keyboard shortcut and see how it goes.
