1Password 3.8.7 does not sync data correctly between Safari extension and application on Lion
Hello,
I'm using 3.8.7 (updated this morning) and I'm having trouble seeing changes made within the main 1P application correctly display in Safari extension under Lion 10.7.1.
I deleted one of two credit card information on the main 1P application, then deleted the application's trash. All of this while Safari is closed. So I when go to a shopping site and want to enter my credit card information, I then open the 1P extension and found the deleted credit card information is still there.
Tried: redownload the main 1P application from your Web site and replace inside my app folder, Quit and discard Safari windows, Flush 1P cache and Restart Agent to Restart Helper and still the old credit card information is still display inside the Safari extension.
Spec:
1Password 3.8.7
Safari 5.1
1Password Extension 3.8.5
Lion 10.7.1 on MBP 13-inch 2010

Hey there, tonychsiu! Welcome to the forums! <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />
I am sorry for the trouble. You did exactly what you should have done, but unfortunately it was not enough in this case. It may be that something is preventing the Agent/Helper from installing/launching correctly on your system -- perhaps due to a file in use. Please try restarting your Mac, and be sure to quit Safari completely as well (Command+Option+Q).
If you are still having trouble, could you please send us a Diagnostics Report? You can generate one in 1Password on your Mac by going to Help > Troubleshooting > Diagnostics Report... Just attach this to an email (support at agilebits dot com), and be sure to include any other details or screenshots you can as it will help us understand the problem better. Please also include a link to this thread for context.
I hope this helps. Please let me know how it turns out. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />Flag 0
