No browser extension at all...

Howdy,

Mac user. 1Password is fantastic on the Mac. Running Windows 7 in Parallels, and have 1Password installed on my Windows VM. However, there is no trace of a 1Password extension in IE8. None! I've uninstalled and reinstalled 1Password, but no luck. The browser extension is checked in Preferences, but I can't get it enabled at all. Followed the suggestions in the FAQ, but no tips there on how to reinstall the extension. Any thoughts? Help?

Cheers,

Jared

Let us know how it turns out.
  • I have this exact same problem, except with IE9. No 1password plugin is installed, no matter what I do. It doesn't exist in the Manage Plugins dialog either.
  • Hi, Shaun.

Have you checked the tips in all three articles linked above?
  • Oh, I see, I was using IE 64bit.
  • I'm glad the user's guide provided helpful information, Shaun. Thanks for updating the thread!
