CVV and other field in credit card

Hi, on my last payment today, 1Password was useless as it didn't recognize credit card and CVV fields.
These fields source were [font=courier new,courier,monospace][b]name="CARD_NUMBER"[/b][/font] and [font=courier new,courier,monospace][b]name="CVV_KEY"[/b][/font]
[font=arial,helvetica,sans-serif]I wish 1Password could work on this point. CVV (3 digit in the back of credit cards) never worked. But know even the card number doesn't work too.[/font]

As there are millions of web sites out there, all created differently, it would help us to understand what's going on if we were able to test the site(s) in question.
