Have you tried 3.8.8 b1 ? (Ok I saw your post , you did)

It says it fixed that bug, and it did AFAIK, )I did not get any more ghost logins re-appearing)

but the count number remains for my trash ( ex: the trash is empty but count number shows 3)

Please tell us if it does and if the count is OK or not

As soon as I trashed about 20 links I then emptied the trash and the nest day they had all returned.
  • Sorry to hear you're still experiencing this problem. Can you tell us more about your setup? If you are syncing your data with multiple Macs, you will need to install the latest beta on all of them.

@ powerbooks running 10.6.8 and an iMac running Lion 7.2 and I think that they are all with current betas....However the one I don't use as much so it might be on an old version since you update so much. I will check when I get home and reply again....

This should definitely be resolved in the current 3.8.8 stable build. As Nik mentioned, please be sure you install it on all the Macs with which you are syncing.

It is possible that you may need to remove and reinstall the browser extensions as well, but that would be a last resort after simply upgrading the main application on your machines to 1Password 3.8.8.

Please let me know if you are still having trouble.

I now have all current versions. I always remove and then reinstall the extensions. It seems as though it might be gone now as they seem to be gone on all 3 now. Thanx for your help.
