    The license you own for 1Password will only work on the Macs,



    The iOS licensing is handled by the app store which is maintained and run by Apple, so the only way to get a license for the iOS device is to purchase the app from the app store.

    Tommy is correct. All iOS app purchases (including but not limited to 1Password for iOS) are controlled entirely by Apple -- they don't even let us know who has purchased the app. So, it's really all up to them, and they don't make it possible to take a license from our store and use it for an app sold in theirs.
