Cannot save new login information

RESOLVED I FOUND MY ANSWER

----------------------

Using Firefox 7.0.1, 1P 3.8.9, extension 3.8.6 and Mac 10.7.1

Got the key icon instead of the 1P icon.

The 1P doc says that it will ask if I need to save a new entry. I got it checked but I do not get asked.

How do I tell 1P that I want to save a new login?

Thanks

I'm glad you got it squared away! For others who may be interested, you can manually save a login by pressing the + button in the upper right corner of the extension.

    Cheers,

I'm not sure what you mean by this. If you are inquiring about autosave in Firefox, it is working well. However, there are a number of reasons why autosave may not pop up. Please take a look at the Problems Saving Logins Automatically section in the User Guide for some common reasons.

I hope that helps. Let me know if there is anything else I can help with.
