  • Welcome to the forum, jabosca!

You're using a rather old version of 1Password, so—to start—please quit all web browsers, launch 1Password for Windows, choose Help > Check for New Version, and follow the instructions to download and install the current version.

For your convenience, you may also want to consider enabling the option to check for new versions automatically, which you can do on the Updates tab of 1Password preferences.

I'll be curious whether you see the same problem, once you're using an up-to-date release.

    Thanks, Stefan!

Jabosca, I thought you were talking about downloading an automatically detected new version; but I see now you probably meant the very command I suggested you use. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':(' />

    Sorry about that!
