Editing My Profile to add a photo

OK. What's the secret? No matter what I do I get, Failed to set a new photo.

I have tried to upload a half dozen different photos from my desktop, all .jpg flies, varying in size from 94kb to 297kb.

Every time it;s: Failed to set a new photo.

Many thanks.

I am going to try to attach one of those photos by clicking on the Choose Files button, here.

Well, that seems to have worked here

    Hey there Bob,

Not sure what the problem was but I was able to set that picture as your avatar.

    Thanks

    Ben
  • Ditto here. My avatar photo actually disappeared between the last time I checked in and now, and now I can't replace it.

Sorry you're having some trouble. What steps are you taking to try and change the photo? For now I just did a Google image search and applied the image that was your avatar before. Does that show up for you?

Let me know if you're still having trouble.
  • Yes, that shows up, and that'll do it. Thank you... again.

    It's my pleasure to help. Hope you had a great Thanksgiving! <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
