1Password and extra field

I am trying to log into https://www.internetsecure.com/merchants/Login.asp. It requires a User Name, Password, along with a Merchant ID (MID). The User Name a Password came from the initial sign on. Initially there is no MID.

I viewed the source of the page and found the MID field to be called. "MerchantNumber". I copied that and then created a new field in my 1Password record for www.internetsecure.com with the pasted result. I then added my actual MIDO as the Field Value.

Now when I login to https://www.internetsecure.com/merchants/Login.asp, both the MID field and the User Name field are filled with my User Name. The MID information seems to be ignored.

I thought 1Password could do something like this. Am I doing something wrong? Did I misconfigure?

Thanks from your help.

Please try saving the login manually like this:

    1. Enter your MID, username, password, but DO NOT submit the form.

    2. Click the 1Password button in your browser's toolbar, and select the "+" button in the upper right hand corner.

    3. Change the title and make any notes (if desired).

    4. Click the Save button in the upper right hand corner.

I'm having the same problem. It will not fill out the three fields at this website:

    https://myaccounts.n...gi-bin/ifsewwwc

I've followed your instructions above to no avail. Why can't 1Password work on logins with more than two login credentials?

    Christi

    I'm using Mac OS 10.6.8, Safari 5.0.5, and 1P 3.8.10.

    Welcome to the forums, Christi!

There actually isn't any limit to the number of fields 1Password can save. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how you would have been able to follow my directions since they are for the new extension which is unavailable in Safari 5.0. Please upgrade Safari to the latest version 5.1 and install the current 1Password extension as well. I think you will be greeted with much more positive results. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

If we can be further assistance with any of those steps (or anything else), please let us know. We are always here to help!
