Slow Down on the Updates

Please. Unless bug has compromised security, these frequent updates, though quick, are kind of a hassle.

    Sounds like you may be using the beta channel



    Can you go to preferences and select updates and see if you have a tick mark for include me in beta releases.



    I can't specify exactly the steps as I am on the MAS version and the preferences are really different.
