software items default to low security. Can this be changed?

Whenever I add a new software item on my mac it defaults to low security. Is there a way the default can be changed to high? Not a big deal, but I'm afraid I may forget to change it to high when I'm adding new software items.

    Currently there is no way to change the default setting. It has been requested from time to time for the SW vault.
