Autosubmit not what it used to be

I know this has been discussed before, but what is the status on auto submit actually working again? I used to always CMD-\ login info, and 1P would do everything, including submit the form for me. In the last few months, 1P now only fills login information and requires the user to hit the submit button. This functionality worked flawlessly for years and has been broken recently. I have installed several application and extension updated with "auto submit improved", but these improvements are not detectable. I know this is a generic post, but it seems to apply to 95% of sites that I use. If you want specifics, I can list tons of websites that experience this problem that didn't before.

This is likely because the older 1Password extensions used scripting additions where have now been replaced with different technology so it's a bit more work to replicate the same functionality. If I'm wrong an Agile rep will chime in and clarify.Flag 0

Hey fearmeat,
I'm sorry that you are having this trouble. There are certain sites where we have found some trouble with autosubmit and we are working to improve the convenience of the feature for as many sites as possible.
Could you please provide the URLs where you are having autosubmit trouble? If you have some that we are not already aware of, that would be great. We won't know until we see the URLs, though, so I thank you in advance for providing them! <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />Flag 0 -
Thanks, Gilles!
The issue with iCloud is (perhaps obviously) one that we are aware of. They don't make it easy — have you looked at the iCloud login form code?! — but we have some tricks up our sleeves. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />
I am actually seeing a number of problems with the Disnat site stemming from the fact that their login form is in an iframe being served from a completely different domain (vmd.ca) than the actual website (disnat.com). <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':(' />
I'll pass the URL along to the developers to see what we can come up with for that site.
