Helper doesn't run after Mac start

Hi,

I use 1Password 3.9.1 on MacOS X 10.7.2

In Safari and Firefox are 1Password plugin 3.8.8b1. When I turn on my MacBook and start Safari (or Firefox) I can enter Master password to unlock the plugin but there is a yellow warning triangle in Browser Plugin now.

I must launch 1Password program now and use "restart helper" in the program.

Now the yellow warning triangle is away.

Why this?

This problem isn't on my iMac with the same system configuration and 1Password 3.8.10 (non MAS version).

Greetings, Bernd

I'm sorry that you are having this problem, Bernd.

To help us track down the issue more quickly, could you please email us your Diagnostics Report? To generate the report from 1Password on your Mac, open 1Password and select Help > Troubleshooting > Diagnostics Report. Then attach the entire file to an email to support AT agilebits DOT com.

Please include a link to this thread in order that we might more quickly "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

    Hi Khad,

    Hm, strange. The problem isn't a problem anymore. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />

    1Password works fine here. I don't know, why. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />

    Btw: In MAS 1Password 3.9.1 isn't a menu Help > Troubleshooting > Diagnostic Report:

You are, of course, correct. We have a separate troubleshooting utility for the Mac App Store version.

    But I'm glad you don't need to use it. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />
