New password not working after changing master password
I tried to change my master password on the Windows app today. After changing it, I was no longer able to unlock my data, neither with the old nor with the new password. I suspected a typo, so I restored the keychain from a backup, opened it with my old password and changed the password again. This time I made really sure that there is no typo in my new password. Still, after changing the password, I was no longer able to unlock the keychain. It seems to me that this feature is broken, at least for the windows version.

I'm sorry you're having trouble with the master password, but it definitely works as expected:

If you'd like to send us your 1Password data folder (or a "sanitized" copy of it), just zip it up, attach it to an e-mail message to us ([i]support AT agilebits DOT com[/i]), and include a link to this forum thread.
