1P does not capture pwdhash password correctly

I am using Chrome Mac 15.0.874.121, chrome 1P extension 3.8.7.31126, and 1P 3.8.10. All are up to date. I have noticed that when I log into sites using the Chrome extension Pwdhash port 0.4.0.3, the passwords captured by the 1P extension are incorrect. The work around is to add the pw manually after using the pwshash.com website. Does any one have an idea why this is happening? Is it a known bug?

    That's a good question for the pwdhash developer. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

1Password simply saves what is in the fields on the page. In my limited testing it appears that pwdhash isn't filling a consistent value for 1Password to save. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_worried.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':S' />

Just out of curiosity, might I ask why you wouldn't just use 1Password's more secure password generator to generate random strings of 50 unique characters for each site rather than algorithmically derived ones like pwdhash provides?
