Dropbox Sync Button grayed out

My Sync to Dropbox button in the user preferences is grayed out. Is this because I am using the trial version on windows 7?

    No, this is because you either

    1) do not have Dropbox installed, or

    2) an .agilekeychain *having the same name* is already present in your Dropbox
