Are you able to bring up the knox pref window ?
or
Try looking for knox in the menu bar, some people are not accustomed to finding it there and expect it in the dock (this all depends on how you had your preferences set)
From there click on the icon and select pref and select the license pane.
or
Is something preventing you from even typing in the key etc.
Please elaborate the more detail you can give the more it may help narrow the cause etc. ThanksFlag 0 -
