Create a smart folder with a special query

Hello, it is possible to create a smart folder which contains all items without static assignment to a regular folder?

    Be sure you are using the latest version of 1Password and then create a Smart Folder which matches "Folder is [blank]." That will list all items which are not filed in a regular folder.
