Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error when starting Chrome

Yesterday, after updating to Chrome 16, I keep getting a Visual C++ Runtime error (there is no error code). If I disable the 1Password extension, I don't get any errors.

I reinstalled Chrome and just installed the latest 1Password version and am still getting the errors (plus 1Password no longer works in Chrome). Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, this should be in the main forum since I'm not using the beta version of 1Password. I saw others have posted about this but even after updating I'm still getting the error messages and 1Password isn't working.

Please download (and install) version 1.0.9.244 here: https://agilebits.co...n/release_notes

Then launch the 1Password application, and re-install our Chrome extension here: File > Preferences (Ctrl+P) > Browsers
