Update 3.2.5 import data failure

I just updated 1Password and had been using the Agile keychain feature. When the update started it offered to import/restore my previous database. I went all through my files and found the file but go an error stating it was invalid because it lacked encrypted data.... my 1PW backup contains 60 items. I had to start a new file with 0 - that's a lot of logins I will have to try to remember! Any suggestions?
