Chrome extension not locking automatically?

I firstly would like to say that I love using your software! It's fantastic.

When I first used 1Password on 25 November 2011, I remember the Chrome extension locking itself automatically after a certain period of time.

I downloaded the new Chrome extension (via https://agilebits.com/extensions/win/index.html), installed it, and it works great.

I left my computer and browser operating for 24 hours and the extension doesn't lock itself. Is this normal or a glitch?

I've attached an image of my settings.

Thanks!

  • I removed and reinstalled the Chrome extension as well as updating 1Password.

I cannot seem to reproduce this. On my end, our Chrome extension does lock itself after the specified minutes of inactivity. However, I did notice I had to restart my computer whenever I changed the auto-lock settings. This problem has been fixed in 1.0.9.256
  • Stefan, Tran reports that the problem has been resolved with his recent udpate.

Well I've just woken my MacBook from sleep after 2 hours and went straight to Chrome and used 1Password extension without being prompted for a password which I should be.

    Hey coachdriver,

I know it is possible to use Boot Camp or a VM on a MacBook, so are referring to 1Password for Windows or 1Password for Mac. This is the Windows forum. If you are having trouble with 1Password for Mac, I would love it if you could start a new thread in the appropriate Mac forum:

Otherwise, please confirm for me what version of 1Password for Windows you are using.

    Thanks!
