windows sync to iphone

I want to put all my passwords on 1password windows then syncro to my iphone. This will speed up moving my passwords from my blackberry to my new iphone, and have a copy on windows, how do I syncronise from windows to iphone to save me loading the data twice?



I have searched through the 1password website and it suggests using dropbox but does not give any explanation of this?



Please could someone help? Thanks
