    Hi Ivan,

Thank you for your error report.

Version 1.0.9.BETA-260 might fix this problem.

Can you please download (and install) version 1.0.9.BETA-260 and confirm the fix?

(please click the "Show Betas" button in the upper-right corner)

    Thanks!

  • ...thanks for the response, Stefan. I'll install and try this, this evening.

I was also getting an Access Violation crash message when unlocking 1Password in Chrome.

Upgrading to the 1Password beta build Stefan linked to in his post has fixed this problem for me.

    Many thanks.
  • Thank you, thus far it seems to work fine.

    Curious about this now:

...will this affect me accessing the application and my data, come that date?
  • Beta builds are set to expire after about 30 days because we want people to update them often. (That's just the nature of working with Beta software.)

It's highly unlikely that we wouldn't release another Beta build and or a non-Beta version before the expiration date. If we did, though, you could always download the latest version (Beta or non-Beta) from the same URL and install it normally.

Your data is stored separately from the program, so it isn't affected by updates...or even by deleting the program entirely.
  • ...brilliant, thank you very much, David...
  • Glad to help!

Thanks to you and pbryanw for updating the thread.
