Dropbox only seeing new entries

Earlier today I tried accessing my 1password from a web browser and my android phone and got an error. When I got home I installed the latest version 1.0.9.262. When I try to access from my browser or android, I got logged in, but there was no data. I signed up with the forums and saved my password with the chrome extension. I now see this login everywhere, but I still only see my existing logins in the windows app. Any ideas on what I need to do?

    This sounds conflicting to me. Perhaps I misunderstood. Do you mean that all of your data is available in 1Password for Windows but that only the one Login is showing up in 1Password for Android?



    When you [url="http://dropbox.com"]log into the Dropbox website[/url], and [url="http://help.agile.ws/1Password3/1passwordanywhere.html"]access 1PasswordAnywhere[/url], do you see all your data via the web interface?
  • I can see all of my data on 1Password for windows. That includes the new login for the forums.



    On android and 1PasswordAnywhere, I only see the forums login. I don't see the ones created before I upgraded 1Password for Windows.

  • I seem to be having same proble. Android only shows new entries. Existing data from PC does not show.????? Anyone have a solution to this?
  • Upgrading to 1.0.9.268 does not help.

    Hi Woody W,



    It looks like you 1Password keychain got corrupted and needs to be rebuild.

    One of the reasons for that is some old versions of 1Password 4iOS didn't update properly items listing after sync.



    Once your keychain is rebuild, do a fresh sync and all your secure items will be properly listed.

  • Doing the "File->Repair" seemed to fix my issue. The data I can see on the Windows version is now the same as the Anywhere version.
