1P doesn't work on https://toontown.go.com/join
My kids all wanted accounts on Disney's ToonTown Website.
I kept saving information for each kid, but the entries in 1Password didn't save any information at all. I have a bunch of blank webforms. Maybe they use flash or something to request information.
It was kind of disappointing to get done and find out that none of the information was saved. I used Firefox 3.6.6 on a mac. 1P version was 3.3.0.BETA-3

Hi Kae,
I'm really sorry for the problems you're experiencing with the ToonTown site. I've just taken a look at the site and sadly it's using Adobe's Flash for pretty much everything, including the login.
1Password is unable to save and restore logins for sites that use Adobe Flash. As far as we know, no browser password manager anywhere supports Flash-based sites as it is a proprietary solution and does not interface with the browser much at all. In fact, we worked with a Flash consultant and after reviewing the latest APIs provided by Adobe we found it is still not possible unless websites modify their code to allow it.
Most websites realize the problems with using Flash and provide a standard HTML login page as well. If you search around on their site or contact their support, you will likely find a normal login page that will work correctly. If you cannot find one, the only workaround is to save the username and password in 1Password and copy and paste it whenever you need to log into the site.
Sorry about that, I'm kind of surprised Disney are using so much Flash given their close ties with Apple through Steve Jobs, so maybe an e-mail to sjobs@apple.com may be in order :-)Flag 0
