Why am I prompted to save the same Login twice?

I have the same complaint. Used Mac 10.5 now using Lio, 10.7. I have actually saved the same file 3 times.

    I moved your post from the Windows forum to the Mac forum since you said you are not using Windows. I wasn't sure which forum to move your post into since you didn't mention which version of 1Password you are using (3.8 or 3.9), but please see the related section in the User Guide:

    Have you already disabled the browser's built-in autofill?
