New problem with last update

<div class="IPBDescription">moved from 1Password for Windows BETA forum</div>Hi



I am on a Macbook Pro using Snow Leopard and since updating, I get the following message whenever I try to log in with my master password.



Data not available Please open and unlock 1 Password app to update extension data.



Can you help me please???

    Denise, I'm sorry that you are having this trouble. Let's try to simply reinstall the extension and see if that does the trick:



    [b]Remove the 1Password extension[/b]



    [list=1]



    [*]Open Safari

    [*]Go to the Safari menu > Preferences > Extensions

    [*]Select the 1Password extension

    [*]Click “Uninstall”

    [*]Close Safari

    [/list]

    For good measure, please restart your Mac at this point.



    [b]Reinstall the Safari extension[/b]

    [*]Open 1Password

    [*]Go to the 1Password menu > Preferences > Browsers

    [*]Click the “Install Safari Extension” button

    [*]When prompted, click “Install”
