  • I spoke too soon. This morning when I started the computer the dreaded helper warning was back in place. I've created a trouble shooting report.

    Ugh. Perhaps it was too good to be true. I'm assuming that you attached the Diagnostics Report to a support ticket. If so, we'll reply there as soon as possible. If not, please do:

    Something has changed here, so as yet I haven't sent in a troubleshooting report. Basically that helper warning sign has only appeared once since the upgrade to 10.8 and that was following a computer restart. Clicking on the 1Password app made the error disappear unlike past experiences so I'm really just watching and waiting.



    There has been no sign so far of this error for the last two days, even following a couple of computer restarts and I haven't run through any of the exercises like reinstalling the brewer extension etc. I'd be curious to know how others are getting on since installing 10.8. I am happy to send in that report though if you feel it would be useful for the developers.

    We have seen [url="http://forum.agilebits.com/index.php?/topic/10495-39-helper-not-starting-on-login/"]some reports[/url] that this is still an issue in Mountain Lion. If everything is working well, the report may not help us very much, but please do generate one as soon as you have the problem again (if you do) and send it along in a private support ticket.
