Buying the MAS Version now will enable you to get v4 for free for the Mac. No need to pay again for the MAS version.



The Windows license I cannot answer about, so Ill leave the question 1/2 answered and leave the rest to khad.

We don't have anything to announce about any new version of 1Password for Windows at this time, but the [url="http://help.agilebits.com/1Password3/how_many_licenses.html"]standard upgrade policy[/url] for apps purchased from the AgileBits online store applies:



[indent=1]Major new releases will require a paid upgrade, but it will be a discounted upgrade for paid license holders. Those who purchase 1Password within 45 days of any major upgrade will be able to upgrade for free. (Going from any version of 1Password 3 to any version of 1Password 4 is called a major version upgrade and will be paid, except if you purchased your license within 45 days prior to the new version’s release.)[/indent]

I've bought the iOS app and ran the trial version of 1Password long enough to know that I want to buy the full version. The thing is, I would prefer the Mac App Store version on the Mac together with the Windows version, and still somehow apply the educational discount from the Agilebits Store. Is there anything you can do for me?
